"The Farm Business Development Center at Prairie Crossing (FBDC) is a place that supports the development of successful family farm enterprises by focusing on the production and marketing of organic foods for local and regional food systems.

"Viva Farms helps new farmers get started. Our farm incubator provides: Land, equipment and infrastructure, Education, training and technical assistance (bilingual- Eng/Esp), marketing and distribution support, and start-up loans.

The Glynwood Farm and Foodd Incubator supports the development of beginning farmers in the Hudson Valley. The program includes an farming incubator, educational in sustainable farming practices and marketing, mentoring, and research into alternative land access models.

"In partnership with the National Immigrant Farming Initiative, the Accokeek Foundation is extending its history of community education and farmer training to include underserved, socially disadvantaged, and limited resource communities through our Immigrant Farmer Incubator Program.

"Farm Stewards may develop their own businesses at the Seed Farm in years two and three of the training program. The Seed Farm rents land, infrastructure, and equipment at reduced rates. The Seed Farm also provides mentorship to help Farm Stewards successfully start their new farm businesses.
