"Pennsylvania Farm Link is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to “creating farming opportunities for the next generation.” PA Farm Link accomplishes this mission through a land linking database which matches landowners with perspective entering farmers.

A Journeypersons is a beginning farmer who has recently begun farming independently, whether on an incubator farm or through a different land use agreement, and makes their own financial, marketing and production decisions. NOFA-NJ works with Journeypersons to find mentors, obtain educational resources and create a business plan.

"All activities below will be conducted in a culturally appropriate manner in the client's language.  Curriculum will cover business filing, documentation of cash receipts and taxes. Also, the needs of marketing outlets will be identified and conveyed to clients to better align both parties' interests.

The Farmers Adopting Computer Technology (FACT) project is designed to train farm families one-on-one or in group settings how to use computers for their farming operations in order to become more competitive in the market place.

The Countryside Conservancy was established in 1999 as a cooperating partner of Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) to rehabilitate and revitalize the old farms still surviving within park boundaries. Since then, they have expanded to include a variety activities to establish and maintain local food systems.
