The Pfeiffer Center’s One-Year, Part-Time Practical Training in Biodynamics consists of thirteen full-day workshops and features a mix of classroom talks and field activities on topics such as making and applying the biodynamic preparations; composting; agricultural handwork and pruning; weed and pest control; the honeybee; and more.

This publication covers postharvest practices suitable for small-scale operations, and points out the importance of production and harvesting techniques for improving quality and storability.
