A private, nonprofit organization that promotes broad-based economic growth and the development of civil society in emerging democracies and developing countries. Volunteers include extension agents, horticulturists, farmers, and beekeepers. Volunteer opportunities include USAID's Farmer-to-Farmer program.

CCOF is comprised of two organizations: the CCOF Trade Association and the CCOF foundation. CCOF sponsors workshops, field days, and conferences. Six month, non-farm internship program includes organic Certification 101 training and projects in research, event coordination, policy or grant writing.

The Pfeiffer Center’s One-Year, Part-Time Practical Training in Biodynamics consists of thirteen full-day workshops and features a mix of classroom talks and field activities on topics such as making and applying the biodynamic preparations; composting; agricultural handwork and pruning; weed and pest control; the honeybee; and more.
